No. Your specific seat will be assigned to you in the section that you have purchased. i.e. Premium VIP Couches, VIP Section, Preferred Seating and Standard Seating. You will not receive your specific seating assignment until you check-in at the Box Office on the day of the performance.
You do not need to arrive early as this will not affect where you are sat.
PLEASE NOTE: All seats booked together, in one transaction online, will be seated together. Please email [email protected] of any accessibility needs you may have at least 24-hrs prior to the performance so they can best accommodate you.
If you wish to sit next to another party, and you booked your seats separately in multiple orders, please contact the Box Office at least 24-hrs prior to the performance date. Failure to do so may result in parties being split up.

STANDARD SEATS are $26.50 (including taxes and fees) per person.
PREFERRED SEATS are $37.10 (including taxes and fees) per person.
VIP SEATS are $47.70 (including taxes and fees) per person.
VIP couches are $58.30 (including taxes and fees) per person.PLEASE NOTE: Children 3 and under may lap sit for free, All other patrons must have a ticket for entry. Children over 3 or not lap sitting are the same price as adults.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled performance, you can request a ticket exchange. Requests can be made up to 24-hours before the scheduled performance and cannot be arranged thereafter.
Exchanged tickets are subject to new ticket availability and may include a price increase based on the date of the new performance, seat location, or date of exchange.

The Nathan Burton Theatre – Paid self-parking is available inside the Showcase Mall Parking Garage connected to Flyover. The entrance to the parking garage is located on Las Vegas Boulevard between Hard Rock Cafe and Ross Dress for Less.
Once parked in the parking garage take the elevators down to the ground floor and go thru the two sets of glass double doors which will take you into the bar area at Flyover. The theater is located at the front of Flyover down the long hallway.

Take the Las Vegas Monorail to the MGM Grand station. Once you arrive at the station, follow the signage to exit towards Las Vegas Blvd. Turn right to head North on the Las Vegas Blvd sidewalk and our attraction will be located right next door to the Hard Rock Cafe. -
We suggest arriving at least 30-minutes early. This will give you ample time to park your vehicle, locate the theater, and purchase a refreshing beverage from the Flyover Lounge and Bar. This is the only place to purchase snacks and beverages that are allowed in the theater, no other outside food or drinks will be allowed.
Due to the dynamic nature, the first few minutes of the performance require the door to the theatre to remain closed. Arriving late may result in having to wait in the lobby for a few minutes until the performance allows the doors to reopen.

Absolutely! The performance is 100% family friendly. The young and young-at-heart can enjoy the performance equally. The show has a running time of 70-minutes.
