The theater is located at 3771 Las Vegas Blvd. S., Suite 160, Las Vegas, NV 89109, directly on the Las Vegas Strip next to the Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas. The entrance to the Nathan Burton Theater is literally about 20 steps from the Hard Rock Cafe entrance.

The Nathan Burton Theatre – Paid self-parking is available inside the Showcase Mall Parking Garage connected to Flyover. The entrance to the parking garage is located on Las Vegas Boulevard between Hard Rock Cafe and Ross Dress for Less.
Once parked in the parking garage take the elevators down to the ground floor and go thru the two sets of glass double doors which will take you into the bar area at Flyover. The theater is located at the front of Flyover down the long hallway.

Take the Las Vegas Monorail to the MGM Grand station. Once you arrive at the station, follow the signage to exit towards Las Vegas Blvd. Turn right to head North on the Las Vegas Blvd sidewalk and our attraction will be located right next door to the Hard Rock Cafe. -

From the Hard Rock Cafe, the Nathan Burton Theater entrance is literally about 20 steps away. Simply exit the Hard Rock Cafe and you will see the FlyOver Las Vegas entrance and theater immediately next door.

A We suggest arriving at least 30-minutes early. This will give you ample time to park your vehicle, locate the theater, and purchase a refreshing beverage from the Flyover Lounge and Bar. This is the only place to purchase snacks and beverages that are allowed in the theater, no other outside food or drinks will be allowed.
Due to the dynamic nature, the first few minutes of the performance require the door to the theatre to remain closed. Arriving late may result in having to wait in the lobby for a few minutes until the performance allows the doors to reopen.
